The same gestures for generations
For more than half a century , we have cherished and cultivated the same lands . This long experience gives us unique expertise , allowing us to respond precisely to the needs of each plot .
In the 1970s, Serge Crasnier was the pioneer of this adventure , devotedly cultivating his 25 hectares of vines.
It was alongside his grandfather Serge that Ludovic was introduced to the delicate art of winemaking and work respectful of the earth from a very young age .
In 1999, in his grandfather's small cellar , Ludovic created his first vintage, marking the beginning of a new era.
The Domaine des Hautes Brushes
In 1976, Roger and Liliane PIN, fifth from the left, took root at Domaine des Hautes Brosses in Rochefort-sur-Loire , breathing new life into the family tradition.
Joined by Ludovic in 2001, the latter has devoted his love and passion to growing vines and growing wine on these ancestral lands for more than 20 years.
Symbiosis in the vines

Encouraging the flourishing of regulating insects , both in our hedges and in the inter-row areas, maintains the balance and health of our vines.
Our gentle approach to the soil : the grass is lying, allows thermal and water regulation.
We adopt our methods for each plot , responding to its specific needs, the result of knowledge from more than 50 years of exploitation.
Each plant is unique, which is why we harvest by hand, carrying out three successive passes : so that the bunches are selected and picked at perfect maturity.
Winemaking

We have selected pneumatic pressing, a gentle and precise method to extract clear juices naturally , without crushing the harvest, thus avoiding any form of oxidation.
This is followed by cold settling, a delicate process which allows us to produce a very fruity wine .
The choice of thermo-regulated fermentation allows us to listen to our wines, and to preserve all the natural aromas, benefits acquired during our long work.
Our wines have the privilege of maturing in barrels , thus imbuing the precious nectar with a subtle woody complexity, or in airtight stainless steel vats preserving the integrity and purity of the wine.
