Style : "Roches Fortes" (Strong Rocks) is a mineral and very fruity AOC Coteaux du Layon. Its tangy character, combined with the initial overripening of the grapes, gives it exceptional aromatic complexity and richness.

Aromas : Dominant notes of apple and pear, with nuances of yellow grape and other white-fleshed fruits, bearing witness to the harvest of grapes in the early stages of overripening.

Food Pairings : Ideal with sweet and savory dishes, foie gras, fruit desserts, or simply as an aperitif.
